RBN Referral Program
The RBN Referral Program allows both new and existing RBN Clients to earn bonus RBN Reward Points when referring friends or family who close on a home purchase or sale with an RBN Participating Agent.

 

How to Earn Referral Program Points Bonuses

Earn Referred Client Bonus
To qualify for the Referred Client Bonus, the Referred Client must register with RBN using a valid referral link or code. After being matched with an RBN Participating Agent, the Referred Client must successfully close on a home purchase or sale with that agent. Upon completion of the transaction, the Referred Client will receive 25,000 Bonus RBN Reward Points, in addition to any points earned through the standard RBN process. Referred Client Bonus can only be earned once per customer on their first qualifying transaction. 

Steps to Earn Referred Client Bonus:

  1. Sign up for RBN using a valid referral link or a valid referral code. 
  2. Go through the RBN consultation and real estate agent referral process.
  3. Buy or sell a home using the RBN Participating Agent you are connected with. 

 

Important: Referral links must be used prior to the referred customer registration with RBN. Referral codes cannot be added after the process has begun.

Earn Referrer Bonus
Share your unique referral link with friends or family, and receive 50,000 Bonus RBN Reward Points when they successfully close on a home purchase or sale with an RBN Participating Agent.

Steps to Earn Referrer Bonus:

  1. Log in to your RBN account.
  2. Navigate to the “RBN Referral Program” page.
  3. Share your referral link with your friend via email, SMS or social media.
  4. Once your friend closes on their home transaction, your 50,000 Bonus RBN Points will appear in your account. (Points are posted within 14 days of verification of closing.) 

 

Referral Program Eligibility
To be eligible referrer for the RBN Referral Program, you must be an RBN Client and use a valid referral link.  

Terms and Conditions
Effective September 17, 2024

By participating in the RBN Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be subject to change. RBN customers must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program. Bonus Points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are subject to all the same terms and conditions as RBN Reward Points, which can be found here.

RBN Clients can receive a Referrer Bonus up to 10 times. Referred Clients can only be referred once for their first qualifying transaction. Referral links must be applied before the Referred Client engages with an RBN Participating Agent, and they cannot be added retroactively.

RBN reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time.

Paid advertising, selling, or incentivizing the use of referral links in ways that violate the spirit of the program will result in disqualification. Additionally, RBN may withhold benefits if a participant is found to be acting in bad faith or in a manner contrary to the intent of the program. Any abuse of the program may result in the forfeiture of Bonuses or termination of participation. RBN reserves the right to cancel or revoke Referral Bonuses at its discretion.

The purpose of the RBN Referral Program is to reward customers for sharing the value of RBN’s services with friends and family. We will act fairly and reasonably in enforcing these terms.
