RBN Points expire three years from the date they are issued. If you don’t get a chance to use your points within that time, don’t worry — we’re happy to extend them upon request.

Once your transaction is closed and confirmed, your points will be posted within 14 days. After that, they’ll be ready to use for exciting rewards, whether you’re booking travel, enjoying experiences, or treating yourself to something special!
Point Valuation & Redemption
When you buy or sell with one of our top local agents, you earn up to 1 RBN Reward Point for every $2 of your home’s price. Points are worth up to 2 cents each when redeemed through RBN Travel, our online portal with access to nearly every major hotel and airline brand. For high-end, personalized experiences, our Luxury Travel Advisors offer complimentary concierge service. You can also transfer points 1:1 to Virgin Red, part of the SkyTeam alliance, and redeem for flights, hotels, cruises, and more. With multiple redemption options and new partners added regularly, your points offer unmatched flexibility, exclusivity, and real-world value.
No. RBN Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a credit toward your transaction. They are redeemable only through the RBN rewards platform.
